The country’s top cyclists are taking to the streets of Lincoln on Sunday, May 15 for the 61st Grand Prix.
The Lincoln Grand Prix starts and finishes on the historic Castle Hill. The women’s 63 mile race begins at 9am and finishes at around 12pm.
The men’s 103 mile race begins at 12:30pm and ends at around 4:30pm.
The race will be the third of British Cycling’s five-race series The Spring Cup. Other races that make up this series are the Chorley GP, the inaugural Manx International GP, Cycle Wiltshire, and the Tour of the Reservoir Two-Day.
Spectators will also see the Women’s British Cycling Junior Road Race Championships take place as part of the women’s elite race. Some of the best female, British cycling talent will be on show.
There are a number of road closures to be aware of throughout the day.
